P_ON jam is the jam error created when copier is powered off then on with one of the sensors actuated. check the state of the fuser exit roller right below the exit sensor to make sure its film is not split or damaged and if it is use a razor and cut it off the roller then lube the ends were it touches the plastic housing an bushings.
Clean the fuser exit sensor good or replace with a new one it is under a lot of stress and heat above the fuser assy.
