[Error Code] Error L8-11

Has anyone ever come across this error code for Sharp MX-7090 (L8-11).

don't have this on my manual.

These devices are designed to be plugged in on separate circuits.

If both cables are connected on the one circuit this issue will always return.

Check to see if the client has setup 2 separate circuits behind the device

If not, highly recommend they get a qualified electrician to install it

Hi Guys, tried connecting them on different circuits, tried updating the firmware but the error still persists. should I consider replacing the board (AC2)?

Most likely a bad Sub DC Power Supply.
Fortunately this one is easier to replace than the Main DC Power Supply.
