What failure? What step? What was the exact message?

Did you clean the IDS?
The primary ok? It is? ARE YOU SURE?

Does it print a PCL print? How does it look?
LSU windows clean?
LSU calibrated?

You checked the primary yes? Turns fine?
What is your calibration process? In what order?

What kind of paper are you using.
Is the scanner clean when you place the printer calibration sheet on top?
