If you take the paper detect actuator back out again what happens? i have had an actuator that got bent and was not going up up properly thus causing paper jam.
Try that first, also the clutches for the paper feed are at the front of the machine, does it feed through bypass?
Let me know how you get on.Networking skills are advantageous but use of a 3m vacuum cleaner is essential
