Confirmation popup when using Blank Page Skip

Hello all,
I found it at one time years ago but can't seem to find the setting now to disbale the popup window that tells you how many pages are going to be sent when using blank page skip. I am pretty sure it is a soft switch in sims but can't seem to find which one.
I have attached a picture of the popup that occurs that I am trying to disable.

Should be a SoftSwitch. Sim 55-3 switch 44 bit 3. Set to 1
