MX-C507F jam code 620.01A

Good morning all

I have a Sharp MX-C507F that is giving jam code 620.01A. This code is not in the Sharp manual nor does a google search find anything. Basically what is happening is whenever 2 sided print or copying is selected the copier stalls on the first sheet as it enters the fuser. Copier thinks there is a piece of paper in door A (duplex region). Single sided works without any problems. I tested the sensor but am not sure of the results. I am going to replace the sensor at the bottom of the duplexer but was wondering if anyone has seen this or knows anything about the 620 jams.

So got it fixed. Looks like there were 2 problems. Replaced the duplex sensor and that resolved the 620 jam code. Could now copy and print 2 sided except for 1 computer would not print 2 sided in color (621 jam code also not in the manual) but would print in mono (go figure). Client using the PS3 driver. Installed the PCL5e driver and poof everything worked just fine. LOL

I last note on this call. I did update the firmware but during the process I got the 121 fuser error. I'm wondering if you can do the update without the fuser installed. I only have one of these so don't have much experience with them.
