[Misc] Unable to access admin mode and service mode on SHARP MX-3114

Hello everyone,
Unable to access administrator session and service mode on the SHARP MX-3114N copier.
However, the machine was working properly and was previously configured for retention printing with user codes; and the administrator mode and service mode web pages were available. Trying to access the web page today, the admin password no longer responds as well as the service mode password to be able to restore the address book and user codes. Resetting the admin password by DIP switch also does not respond.
What are the possible causes of such a copier reaction?
What can I do to resolve this issue please?

Are you just blocked from the Admin / Service Webpage or on the machine itself aswell ?

Hello

First try a new SD card.
If no change then, new hard drive.

Replacing the SD card has worked.
