Sharp BP50C26 with code C1-14.

I have a brand new BP50C26 with just 1,300 copies/prints that crashed with code C1-14.
What happened ?

Main charge color problem. I would first try re-seating all of your color drums. Then start troubleshooting your power supply.

Any update on fix yet? I have the same error on same machine that was in storage for a bit then moved to new location, and since then has had a hard failure c1-14.
