Please see attachments file and hopefully this will help, Also i would start with a fresh pm and monitor the paper dust as some cheap paper dust will build up on the image density sensor. The charge unit would cause the issue as well.
I think that model has a toner drive clutch in the back of the machine. Those can fail to turn on, or they can stick and overtone. Maybe something to look at.
