Gmail scaning issue MX-B427W (Lexmark MX431)

I set up customer with email scanning using the Gmail smtp server. It worked for 1 week. Now it scans the document. Gmail creates the email and saves it in the sent items folder. If it is sent to a Gmail address the addressee receives it no problem. If it is sent to a Yahoo email address, it is received in the spam folder. If it is sent to an outlook or AOL address it is never received at all. Does anyone know if Gmail has changed security or protocols? Thanks

If the email is in the Sent folder, the issue lies with the receiving server as the scan emails get flagged as spam and rejected.

The simple fix is to mark the email address as a trusted sender.

Or,

Make sure the firmware is up to date.
The following SMTP settings are how we set it up, and have no issues:

Issue was with Google. The emails just started to go through.
