Sahrp AR M277 scan user name and password

I have a customer who has a few Sharp AR M277'. Their IT guy left and they installed new servers. The new IT people need the user names and password for the sharpdesk to configure/adjust the scan unit.
What is the default user name and password?
Is there a simm to access the user name and password if it has been changed?

Default user is 'admin', default password is 'Sharp' (case sensitive). If password has been changed, I think it will reset with 'Reset the NIC' in the key operator programs.
