    Sharp AR-BC320 Scan to email

    Hello all,

I am trying to set up scan to email using a gmail account. my question is will this machine support SSL authentication? Is there another option to use for scanning, the machine has the AR-NS2 installed? I believe Sharpdesk can be used, but the customer does not have the software or Key for it. Any help is appreciated.

Yes I did, but I did not seen where to enable SSL authentication. I was able to change the port # but it still failed to sent thru the gmail SMTP server.

I've tried on the newer models and it doesn't work either, probably no SSL info in the mail header so the server drops it.
Where the heck is my spring hook?
