sharp ar336 error l4-01

I am getting an error on a sharp ar336 copy machine. it is error l4-01. couls somebody please let me know what this error is for.

L4-01 Code

L4-01 code is Main Motor lock detection (Toner Motor)... Check with Sim25-1

Pull the fusing unit and see how "tight" it is. bad bearings will cause this.

sim 25-1

press the following buttons in this order: program,interrupt,clear,interrupt. That will send you into the diag. mode... the press 25 enter that will get you into sim 25 then press 1 that will send you to the main motor test then press execute on the screen to turn on the main motor.

"Used to check the operation of the main drive (excluding the scanner section) and to check the operation of the toner concentration sensor. (The toner concentration sensor can be monitored)" *the following was directly from the sharp service man.*
