    Sharp AR NS2 Scan Driver

I had a customer give me two Sharp AR M277 copiers. The machines have all the extras. I got the network print disk and the sharpdesk disk, but not the Scan disk.
Does anyone have a copy, or somewhere I can download it. My supplier is working on a copy from Sharp, but I would like to speed up the process if possible. I have installed one of the machines, and the customer is waiting for the scan to be set up.
You know, I can't give the invoice until the machine is totally working.
    Thank you for your help

Sharpdesk is the scan disk. I have never used any other disk for scanning and you do not even need Sharpdesk if you set up to scan to email. But if there is a disk you need, it should be on Sharp's website.

I don't think the ARM277 has scan to folder like the color copiers do. I think the only options you have is scan to email, FTP, and scan to desktop which is using sharp desk. Sharpdesk is usually a 2 cd pack and comes with a little book that has a code that you need to install.

95% of my customers are happy just using scan to email. The only ones that ever want Sharpdesk are ones that do huge scan jobs like lawyers because the file sizes end up over 10 megs and email servers throw it back.

Hop on the web page throw in your DNS and SMTP and your probably on your way.

Are you looking for the product key? Scanning will not work without that.
