Print Spool Stops

I have a costumer who runs a windows 2008 server 64bit.
terminal server with citrix Zenapp and everytime anyone tries to print to any of the sharp mfp's the spool crashes ..(mx7001) (Mx4501)
the event log shows Faulting Module Sn0HUd.dll version 2008.12.9.0 .
and in the system log it shows: the print spooler service terminated unexpectedly ...

they are using Ps drivers

any suggestions what it can be ?

try to print from any other pc or from ur laptop if it's work then the fault is in the customer pc's

Agreed.
Use your crossover cable from your laptop & print some of their documents which are failing. If this works, the problem is with their computers.
Make sure you are using the latest driver version on your computer & firmware on the machines.
If it all works, pass it onto their IT dept, along with the proof that it works (your printing).

Seems there is a bug in the sharp drivers. that causes the print spool to
crash on a windows2008 64bit server ..

I got some beta drivers from sharp and they seems to work better than those
on the sharp webpage ...
