install sharpdesk error

hello all
i have recently been running into an error that says it can't support xps format. or something of that nature...has anyone else ran into this? if so does it effect anything if i just ignore it and says continue without this???

What version of Sharpdesk are you using? I've found a lot of problems with installs corrected with 3.2 version 1.4.
