I am working on a ar-bc320 and when you put an original on the glass it will read 8 1/2 x 11, when you close the feeder it switches to 11 x 17. And you cannot feed from RADF. I tested the the switches on RADF and they all test ok. Any one have this problem before.

Try your original sensor tests, TC 41-1, 2 and 3. In TC 41-1, watch OCSW to see if it triggers when top of the Original Detection arm unit is 32mm from the glass. Use TC 41-2 to adjust sensor levels; without any paper on glass and cover open, press execute, than with an 11x17 on the glass, press execute.
