Have customer with this machine - when print button is pressed optics carriage moves slightly with lamp on, stops then blank copy is exited from copier. No error codes apparent. Any thoughts? Cheers Micko
I have seen other techs get the cover screws mixed up and used the longer screws on the top of the back cover and they are long enough to block the scanner, just a thought
