mxc311 error with preforming 50-28

hello all
was just setting up a new machine and tried performing 50-28 oc adjust and all i get when i do this is an err for all the adjustments. anyone run into this or know what to do about it?thanks

How does the copy look when you run TC 50-12? It might be so far out of adj that it can't auto adjust. I always do all the other manual adjustments first (50-01, 12, 10, etc), than do 50-28.
