error H2-00 on ar 168d

Hi,
Can someone tell me how to reset error on ar 168d. It says error H2_00 "refer user guide"
All the connections I checked and found to be okay. I think this happened when I took out the drum and the power was turned on. After I put back this keeps showing the error H2-00

Reset

Remove the paper jam in the heater section, then reset.

Reset procedure...

Excute.
