Sharp AR-5127......Error Message E7-11.

hi everybody out there!!!!!!

i 'm having problem with one of these sharp machines.
the subject machine give an error message during operation i.e., E7-11.
any suggestions regarding diagnosis n troubleshooting ?????

E7-11 while you scan document!
I do not now this model,but you must clean the optics and exp. lamp.

E7-11 ~ Shading trouble(white correction). Clean the white references plate.
AR5127 is the same as AR235/275.
