program interupt clear interupt 14 start start that will reset it after the problem is corrected

H5-01 code is set when there are 3 continuous jams at the pod1 sensor... usually there will be paper wrapped up around the fuser roller(s)... Check fuser and reset code....sometimes low fuser heat will cause the jams in the first place...make sure the thermistors are clean and that the heat lamps are in good working order

prolly time for new UHR and separator fingers.. or if there is a finisher make sure the exit rollers are working right and the springs are off.

Also make sure the picker fingers aren't broken, will cause continual paper jams.

It is definitely a fuser problem, most definitely, very sparkly looks like a holiday definitely
