MX M450N Tray 1 Misfeeding

I just wanted to share some helpful information if anyone has had this problem out there. Tray 1 was lagging/slow feeding and jamming. All other trays fed correctly. I tried new feed tires, cleaned the shafts, oiled bearings.....and the machine only had 105,000 pages on it. When i went into the simulation to test the clutches they tested fine also.
So I ended up replacing the main drive unit and it fixed the problem. I'm assuming the paper feed clutch was on the verge of going bad. I just thought i'd share some information.

Try to clean or change the magnetic clutch 。just insde the black gear box unit。the smallest clutch from three of them。

I always replaced the one way clutchs every other pm on high usage trays and replaced the reg unit every 3-4 pms ins..This saved me sooo many headaches..

I only had to do the main gear pack every 500-600k...
