Scan software installed and working fine for about 3 months. Customer reports that suddenly they don't receive scanned docs. In the web page under scan settings it says "Error 936 scan is disabled". Machine has scan listed in 22-10 and the product key is in under system settings. I can't find a reference to this error. Has anyone seen this? Thanks.

make sure you have to buy the scan kit soft i not setup for color scan yet but i thinks color photocopy include scan mode , but B&W copy that have scankit option you must buy it if you want to use this scan of this photocoy this only use trail around 3 mounths = 500 scans after that it will be stop, until you by this scan kit and use the code that provide by this scan kit + seri of this photo you want to use the scan, go to serive web of japan register after that they send to you the active code by email now you use this active code to active the scan function on this photocopy that you get this seri
remember this seri of photocopy check in side some case the seri on label not same with seri in side photocopy you will be lost your scan kit (i have been lost one scan kit nearly 1k usd)Comment
