Sharp 1661 RSPF problem

Hi guys!

I have a Sharp AL-1661CS problem with the SPF / RSPF
Through the glass it takes normal copy, when I take the RSPF the following message: "Verify SPF / RSPF".
In the simulation the RSPF works normal!
Already looked in the manual, read the forum that could be dirt on the optics, did everything but nothing worked.

Does anyone have a clue?

Not sure if this will be helpful, but try Sim 17 which is a PF reset code on some of the other Sharps. Has helped me in the past with some other document feeders. Don't know if this sim even exists for the 1661 though.

you need to replace or clean the carriage unit....also you can preform a OC float detection adjustment in the simulations. (Sim 41-06.) Also make sure the dark lines on RSPF Guide mylar are there. That has always worked for me
