I believe you mean the SF 2014 or 2114? If this is so then you can enter the simulation with "C", 0, 0, "C" and use sim 24-7 to clear the drum counter. Hope this works for you.

I was wondering if one of you sharp techs could help me out. I have a customer that has a SF-214. The drum needs to be replace. I know from working with Lanier copiers that its the same as 6614 or the 6714. My problem is that I cant find any info to get into service mode on a sharp and adjusting the new drum and clearing the old drum count. Help would be great. Thanks
