ARM300 error CE-02

I had this copier with network scanner installed. Everything works fine with winxp. Problem is Vista. Using sharpdesk v3.2 and already updated profile onto the copier. It gave me CE-02 while trying.
Must I set a ftp server for vista with a username & password? Winxp was doing fine without anything setup. Vista gave me a lot of headache. Or is there a patch for vista?

It will work with Vista but what I have found to work is instead of updating the profile you go over to the scanner folder and delete the scanner. Click apply (should get a confirmation window) then auto-detect scanner and it will give you the same copier as you had before, check the scanner shown. Click apply (will get confirmation message again) and you should be good to go.

I have found this method a little more reliable than just updating the profiles since sometimes that will not work. Sharpdesk v3.2 was supposed to fix the need for updating profiles issue but it still is a major pain.
