Can someone tell me sharp AL 1216 the eror H4 mean? I checked the heater lamp is still good. Canit be reset? Thanks

You should have a sub code with this. If you hold down the Start button it will give you another 2 digit number. Normally with these it is 00 or 01. Toner will get under the thermistor and cause it to think it is not heating up fast enough.

Clear with "C", exp contol, "C", exp control (I think this is the correct sim entry code, Sharp changes them around every so often). Enter 14 press start twice and machine should come back up.
