MX2300 scanning issue

I have an MX2300 which when you put 2 or more pages in the doc feeder and chose TIFF the m/c scans all the pages but only the 1st page appears on the computer, fax forwarding does the same (as it sends in tiff). Pdf works fine.
I have updated firmware .
Anyone come across this before?

The only thing i can think to try is up the compression ratio via the web page/ system settings. Tiff files are generally larger than pdf so it might be to large of a document if you are not compressing it at all. Worth a shot.
