MX-4101N can't access web interface or print, CAN ping in CMD

I have a new machine, did all calibrations and installed all options ordered. Entered IP address to access web interface and adjust all other network data. Can't access the webpage through a web browser. Tried taking it off my network and hooked it up via crossover to my laptop, same result. Can't print either. Ping's without a problem. Did a 66-17 memory clear and an 88-4 printer clear w/ no help. Swapped the main board that has hard drive attached to it and nic and still the same thing!

    I hope you meant 67-17.

That always works with this situation, as it resets the printer NVRAM, ports 80 & 515 for web & print

If you have fitted another MFP unit, reset the NIC in system settings, restart the device and re-enter the NIC details.

What you have done should work. I cannot see why not.

Are you positive your network info & settings are correct?

Wazza-you're right I meant 67-17 and I have checked to verify the network setting are correct, and just to make sure it wasn't our network, I plugged it into my laptop and same thing. Hotline is telling me to get ANOTHER mfp board, because that HAS to be it...even though the one known working didn't work.

tcp/ip is enabled. I've also done a factory defualt reset, which is supposed to reset everything back to out-of-box- status.
