Anyone have these out there?Problem text wont fuse to the envlope.Max fuser temp.Can still wipe it off.Its going thru the bypass tray.set for envlope.

You have to replace the pressure springs in the fuser. The spring part number and proceedures is on Sharp IDNC-Service. -
NCArt is correct. There are new pressure springs to correct the envelope fusing issue.
However...................... There is a temp change which can help, but may not fix the issue, without changing the pressure springs. So it may be worth a shot to try this first.
We have done it successfully with one machine in the field, using the original fuser unit.
Sim 43-01.
Item S, original 200, new value 205.
Item T, leave as 140
Item U, original 220, new value 200.
This modification is only valid when using a recommended envelope type/size, such as Monarch, Com10, DL or C5.
If you still have issues, change the pressure springs. These new springs also fix the envelope creasing.Comment
