MXM850 Account control problem

Set this machine up today. Added the folders and user names from the web page. Applied account control using numbered log in. The passcode I just entered comes up as invalid. It does the same for every user file that has a folder. The only user account that works it a single user account that we set up for ourselves without a folder. Can print to the folders then access using the passcode without any problems. I deleted all of the user settings and entered them from the display with the same problem.

I am thinking that I may have to change the user names so they do not match the folders to get the account control to work properly. Any thoughts about this?

I have done this with the MXM700 series without any problems so it must be something that I am not doing properly.

Okay here's an update for this machine. I deleted all of the user names and started over. Found out that for the number passcode to work when I re-entered the user name and passcode do not associate it with a folder. It appears that when you set it up like this there is some type of conflict between the user name and folder which prevents you from using it with just the passcode enabled not user name login and password, go figure. Thanks again to wazza for the great reference material.
