We only have the MXC machines here, and have only heard of the DXC series. I cant see any differences at all in the specs, consumables, sales guides, competition comparion sheets or pricing in either series.
Its a good question actually. I'l check with the sales guys on monday.
Essentially the same machine, toner carts. are keyed differently.
MX is a dealer only machine
DX is open line, anyone can get it
DX ships with developer and starter toner
Common accessories
DX comes with one year parts and labor warranty ( service is run through ServRight for first year.
Great document Michael. Although we dont have the DXC machines here, its good to know this stuff. Our sales guys would love this document, just as a reference. Thanks alot mate.
The only thing I can add to that is here in Australia, the MXC series does come with the starter toners. The display panel once run-up shows the toner life at 50%.
