sharp AR-M 165 F2-04

Hi Technical guys.
I am facing F2-04 Error code in ar-m 165. i tried with new toner cartridge and chip, and also tried with error clear "# - Intrrupt - C - Intrupt - 14 - start" but no result. The screen dosn't change even in service mode, isit give any msg while enter in to service mode. basicaly i am Toshiba guy. please help me.

Possible problems:
1. Cartridge is not from this unit. Need AR-202 (AR-016 - does not apply).
2. Cartridge is not for your region of delivery.
3. Defective chip cartridge
4. Sam apparatus manufactured for use in another country. (requires flashing firmvare).
