HEY HAVING A NETWORK ERROR AND A SHARP ARC 262, ABLE TO PRINT TO MACHINE BUT CANT SCAN FROM MACHINE TO PC. ERROR CODE BEING DISPLAYED IS CE-02, ANY IDEAS??
CE-02 indicates lost communications between the MFP and the PC. In the Network Scanner tools, un-check all profiles and apply. When that comes back, hopefully successfully, re-check profiles and apply again. This should get you going.

If Zootech's advice doesn't work, you can also go to the scanners tab and delete the device, click apply, auto detect for new device, click the box next to the same deveice you just deleted, click apply. I have had to do this when I still got the CE-02 code after updating the profiles.
