CRUM chips

Hey Ya'll;
Has anyone found a way to re-set or replace the CRUM chips that are on toner cartriges for AR-M 237/277 and AR-M 257/310's, hate to toss a 3/4 full toner cart cause of a bad chip.
Any ideas
