    Sharp ARM207 Scanning through the ADF

    Hi,

    I have a Sharp ARM207 that will scan off the glass but will not scan through the ADF. Would anyone know if it is capable of scanning through the ADF?

      It should scan to desktop without any problems (I'm assuming that is what you mean by scan?). Start should come green as soon as you set the address and have paper in the DF. I haven't had any issues with this model in that respect.

          Yes, it can scan from the ADF.

          If you're using TWAIN software from another scanner it may not though. You need Sharp's Button Manager, if you don't already have it.

              Comingapart makes a good point. Are you using this over a network or through the USB connection? There is a new Sharpdesk GDI software program that is availible from sharp-idncservice if using the USB connection and also the new sharpdesk v3.2 and 3.31 (windows 7 version).
