    mx200n printing issue

    hello everyone i am having some problems.
    have an mx 2600n that when a print job is sent to the machine it will print one page every 30 to 45 seconds. any ideas on this?

      ohh yeah and they are also complaining about black fill when making color copies, any ideas on that?

          Regarding the printing issue...... Is your client using mac's? If so, Untick Colorsync in the color tab of the print driver for much better print spooling speed. If they are using a PC, how big is the file they are printing? Is the firmware up-to-date? Print their problem documents from your laptop connected by crossover cable. This will determine a network speed or document problem.

          Regarding the black fill...... got any samples you can attach here?
