toner indicator

hi....i am looking for answer about sharp ar5316...installed the new genuine cartridge
but the toner indicator still on..any body seen this gentlmen?
i hope iam in the right forum

hello,
there are few thing i could think about:
- check if u removed the glued tape
- check if the big white wheel is easy to turn in the arrow direction, at the end of the toner cartridge
- check if the old cartridge had any toner left in it if it does then u probly have a problem with developer station or toner motor
