Are you able to access the copier's web page? If so, login as administrator (password Sharp) and change the IP address there. If not able to access web page, then you'll go to Special Funtion, page down to key OP programs (password all 0's) and select Printer. Page down until you find IP Address Settings and there you go.

Ok, I can access to the copier's web page and configure IP Address. Now I can't install the copier on the computers. I have downloaded software but doesn't work, any advice?
This happens on occasion. You will need to go into the system settings and reset the NIC card, don't recall if you can do this from the web page. It will set the IP address using DHCP then you can go in and change it to what you want after that, either through the web page or system settings. Make sure your gateway settings are correct and your subnet also. You can find the operator's guide for this machine at sharp.ca under manuals, it will give you a step by step procedure to do this, or you can use my method which is to search through ALL of the settings until you find the one you want! LOL They have a very good list of user manuals.
