Sorry for the long delay in responding. I am going to try and view the site once a day or so. The following should help. "P", "*", "C", "*", 14, Start, then you may have to touch the "Execute" button on the actual LCD. Then depress "CA" the machine should reboot and continue normal operation. This code refers to 5 continous POD1 jams.

If this is a "P" model, you don't have the standard keyboard/display. To get into diagnostic mode, press the MENU and OK key together while you power on. Press the MENU key several times until "TROUBLE CANCEL" shows. Press the OK key, than the ARROW key until "TROUBLE CANCEL _ YES" shows. Press OK key again and power off. This should clear code, good luck."You can't trust your eyes, if your mind is out of focus" --
