    MX-M260 scanning

Alright guys. I need some help here. I am at a loss. I have hooked up this 260 for scanning. Everything works fine, unless you reboot the network scanning tool. When you do this it looses all the profiles. The profiles stay in the copier, but when you scan to the computer the profiles are gone so when the image arrives it does not know what to do with the image.

I do get an error when I apply the changes to the profiles. Something about not be able to save latest changes and gives me an error in the msxm13.dll file Something about data being corrupted. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. I have read through all the read me files, and I have checked all computer specs. Everything checks out! What am I doing wrong?

This problem occurs when the MAC address of the MX-PB12 installed on the MX-M260/310 starts from "BC-B1-81".
To correct the above symptom, update the Sharpdesk Network Scanner Tool.

                For Sharpdesk v3.2 only:
Download and apply Sharpdesk V3.23B Upgrade Patch (122MB approx).

                For Sharpdesk v3.3 only:
Download and apply Sharpdesk v3.3 NST Update Patch (1.2MB approx).

or Download/Install Sharpdesk v3.31B Upgrade Patch
