Sharp AR M277 Touch Screen Calibration

Anyone know how to recalibrate the touch screen in a Sharp ARM 277?

I thought this was a calibration problem but it may be something else.
When you scan to email the documents are sometimes going to a different recipient than who you select some times it is to the recipient next to the one you select (hence the calibration question) but now I have discovered it may go to a recipient on a completely different screen. Well?

Test command 65-1 calibrates the touch screen and 65-2 will test. I have no clue about scanning to the wrong recipient unless it is just carelessness.

        It’s defiantly not carelessness.

You can send it to a person it says sending to that persons email then when you check the job status it says it sent it to a different email address!

Does it do it every time or just on occasion? Have you checked the web page destination list to be sure that the screen name is for that email address? Could there be a problem with the email server?

The Web page destinations are correct but all the positions do not match up with the address book for instance NO 1 in the address book is No 3 in the destination list
            does that make a difference?

It shouldn't, our office destination list is all over the place in regards to the address book.
