They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.Comment

Is there any chance you mean MXM453 & MXM363?
I've never heard of an ARM453 or ARM363. The new jupiter series is MXM.
If you do in fact have an MXM453 and MXM363, you can do a full device & storage backup in sim 56. Simply transfer that data to another machine and import it using the same sim. All machine settings and user authentication data is transferred very easily.Comment

Any Sharp machine that begins with MX (MX color or MXM b/w) can do data transfer/device clone/storage backup all onto a USB stick.
I personally clone every single machine that we have, so if anything goes down in the future, we have a full backup of the system settings, MFP board & HDD.
The data will be on the USB stick as a .dat & .bin file. Simply put the USB stick into the other machine, run the same sim 56, select import, and it will read the file from the USB stick. Restart once completed & all settings will be the same as the last machine.Comment
