hello guys i have a customer that already has the MXPB-12 printer exp kit installed on there machine, however they want to install the scan funtion, but when they try making a scan, they get OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT NOT INSTALLED,do you guys know if i need to install the extra memory to get the scanning to work? or maybe a product key along with the NSX1?these machines are new to me, so please forgive me. thanks in advance.
