Another 2 cents worth - The latest Sharpdesk includes both 32 & 64 bit versions plus XP, Vista, Win 7 support.
Note 1: You need to have a valid lisc number and an original Sharpdesk CD. Documentation says it has to be version 3.1 or 3.2 - but we used a 3.2 CD and the code from 3.0 and it still worked. All it uses the CD for is to "verify" you purchased a copy.
Note 2: I do believe the latest version "phones" Sharp with your code and they are tracking it, so if you install 10 systems with a lisc for 1 copy - they just might notice.
