MX-M850 Scanning with Address Book

When a user is scanning say 5 different stacks of paper to a single persons folder on the network via the address book, as soon as they are done scanning they have to go through the process of selecting the same address book entry each time.

Is there a way to get it to stay on the current address book entry so the user can continue to scan without having to keep selecting it every time?

No.

That is an issue I've come across many times now. Alot of clients as the same question. As soon as the scan job is done, thats it... end of job. You can either go back into the address book each time, or simply select 'resend' in the top corner to access the last 10 scan addresses used. That is the quickest way.

The function for 'Hold settings for a while after scanning' doesn't work like it is described. The address still has to be selected.

Thanks for you reply. Crazy they made it that way....we work with other much lower end machines that handle things much better than this machine.
