Sharp MX2600: Cannot Print Out from Excel

We can't print out Excel 2007 (.xlsx) files on the Sharp MX2600 using postscript drivers. We have to make the Excel into a PDF and then print it out as a workaround.

I've checked the Print area and paper szie and it looks ok.

    Any ideas?

There should be no problems with that.

What is happening on the machine? What is happening on the print spooler?

I have had, what sounds like, the similar issue many times. Make sure that Office 2007 is up to date. If I remember right there is a service pack 2 that came out some time ago that solved alot of printing issues within office, expecually excel. Hope this helps!!

Yes, I have just done abit of research on this, and there are tonnes of info on excel printing problems in office 2007, across all brands of MFP's.
        Good one Dustin! +1R

We work on another manufacturers unit and a .xlsx or .docx will reboot the entire machine. I did not believe it until I actually saw it happen.
Failing to plan is planning to fail!!!
