hello guys went to a customer today that says she could not scan a 2 sided document through the SPF, when you select 2side and try to scan it says, could not perform function in this mode, cant figure out why it wont scan 2side document from spf, any help would be most appreciated.

It should work....
silly question..... but are you sure it has the ARRP10, and not the ARSP10 doc feeder? You need the ARRP10 for double siding. That has tricked a few techs before.

think i'll check that out, however if it does duplex copies in COPY mode can i assume that it has the correct SPF?Comment
