[Error Code] F2-33 error in mx-m850

I am facing a problem in HERCULES series (MX-M850). It is showing F3-22.Icrosschecked with the cassette 1 sensor (C1PFD, C1LUD) and Motor (C1LUM). But still I am getting the same error code. When I am closing the cassette (1&2), the 2 nd cassette is disabled. I couldn't access from the panel. Rest of the trays are working fine.
when i was tried to rotate the motor C2LUM ( sim 6-1) i couldn't rotate . i tried the sensor checking (sim 30-2). I am getting responce from the sensors.(C2PFD,C2LUD,TANSET).Kindly advice me what could be the problem.

Have you run sim 14 and/or sim 17, to clear the trouble code?
By the sounds of it, everything is testing OK, but unless the trouble code is reset, it will not clear the tray problem.
